I am perplexed by the current television advert in the UK which is purportedly for spending a weekend in Yorkshire.
Why on earth would you end with a scene of people looking miserable? The last things you see, hear and therefore conceptually link are “a weekend in Yorkshire” and miserable people.
Similarly perplexing is the current advert for, I believe, Aviva. This shows a long queue of people. So I now associate Aviva with long queues.

Finally saw the Yorkshire advert last night. Some very grumpy looking suits at the end. Perhaps they should try Cumbria for their next trip. All well?
